Hacker Feinmechanik supports your rapid prototyping with innovative 3D prints

3D Printing

Our 3D printers enable us to produce tangible objects through digital 3D files from your CAD system.

Using 3D printing, your components can be made of plastic rapidly and cost-effectively - up to a maximum size of 254 x 254 x 305 mm.

Our method:

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing with industrial plastic 'ABS plus'. The plastic is three-dimensionally applied layer by layer and merged together until the desired object has been formed. Layer thickness is adjusted depending on the accuracy of the object.

Generally, time and cost benefits will emerge in the design and development phase, e. g.:

STL-file from your CAD-system:

The STL-file from your CD-program will be the basis for your 3D print. The higher the resolution of the STL-file, the better the quality of the imprinted objects.
