Start of Apprenticeship Program 2019
On September 2, 2019, six young co-workers have started their apprenticeship as industry mechanics in Offenberg-Neuhausen. The new colleagues were welcomed by founder and owner Karl Hacker, general manager Gerald Watzl and the manager of the apprenticeship program, Florian Gruber

High value of the training at Hacker Feinmechanik GmbH
The training at Hacker Feinmechanik GmbH is of a particularly high value. We have been training our own staff for more than 25 years now and more than one third of our production employees has started their professional career with us in Neuhausen.
A total of 25 trainees is currently employed at Hacker Feinmechanik GmbH: 24 future industry mechanics and one apprentice as an office clerk. This accounts for more than 15 % of our workforce.
Six new apprentices for industry mechanics a year
Selection process for the upcoming annual training programm starting in September 2020 has already begun.
